Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 SMB clients using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour turnaround time
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax preparers for quarterly filings
- Implement inventory tracking systems for e-commerce clients
- Maintain organized digital filing systems in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/MYOB
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Strong understanding of CA sales tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
