Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and services
- Proactively cross-sell checking, savings, and credit products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Balance cash drawer daily with zero discrepancies
- Operate multi-channel banking systems (teller, online, mobile)
- Collaborate with branch managers on customer retention strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial software
- Valid Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass FBI background check and credit check
- Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
- Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
