- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Verify checks and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
