Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations while implementing internal controls
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and corporate credit cards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation
- Lead accounts receivable collections strategies and cash flow optimization
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems with a focus on data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with proficiency in full-cycle operations
- Advanced expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (Sage 100 a plus)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and financial modeling
