Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations for Arizona-based operations
- Oversee bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with budget preparation and variance reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- AZ CPA license or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Proven experience with financial reporting and tax compliance
