Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and compliance
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Develop financial reports for executive decision-making
- Streamline accounting workflows using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
