Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable within 24-hour turnaround
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage multi-currency transactions for international clients
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Prepare sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with CPA firm for quarterly audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven ability to reconcile complex bank accounts and credit card statements
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and multi-state tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error reconciliation history
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with calm professionalism
- QuickBooks Online certification or equivalent preferred
