Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and autonomous systems.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy infrastructure to ensure long-term scalability and security.
- Conduct rigorous 'Future-Readiness' audits to identify potential risks and gaps in the technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Operationsâto foster a culture of innovation.
- Develop and mentor a high-performance team of systems engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives for enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
