Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural vision for the next five years, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Design Scalable Systems: Build robust, distributed system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and complex computational loads.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the development of AI-driven infrastructure components that automate deployment and optimize resource allocation.
- Security Architecture: Implement zero-trust security models and encryption standards to protect sensitive data across all cloud environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical deep-dives to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Experience with AI/ML model deployment, edge computing, and blockchain technologies is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with scalable, elegant solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
