Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Deliver premium client experiences through personalized service
- Identify and cross-sell premium banking products
- Resolve complex client inquiries with discretion
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Collaborate with wealth management team on client opportunities
- Participate in branch revenue growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume banking experience
- Proven track record in sales and upselling
- Advanced knowledge of FINRA/SEC regulations
- Exceptional cash handling accuracy (under $500 variance)
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
