Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining strict security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse clientele, resolving inquiries and building lasting relationships
- Actively promote banking products and services, meeting cross-selling targets
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records with zero discrepancies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly financial goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in community outreach programs to enhance bank visibility and relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proven ability to process 100+ transactions daily with 99.9% accuracy
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in meeting cross-selling targets
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve complex customer issues
- BA/BS in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
