Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver personalized financial solutions through consultative client interactions
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and anti-fraud protocols
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Train junior staff on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Collaborate with relationship managers to support complex client needs
- Participate in branch performance initiatives and customer satisfaction programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking or cash-handling experience with proven sales aptitude
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proven ability to resolve complex client issues with empathy and efficiency
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry, or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills for premium product offerings
- Valid NMLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Track record of exceeding performance metrics in previous roles
