Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Process complex payroll for 150+ employees using ADP systems
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Collaborate with senior analysts on budget forecasting projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and SAP
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions ($5M+ monthly)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
