Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 100% accuracy
- Process complex financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain and audit financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory compliance teams
- Support budgeting processes and forecast financial trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential financial data
