Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-term technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their potential for integration.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the engineering teams.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders to drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources for futuristic projects, ensuring budget efficiency and high ROI.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a deep understanding of future trends and technical architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, systems architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable long-term strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
