Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026 and beyond.Lead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business operations.Identify emerging trends (Quantum Computing, Web3, Neuromorphic Engineering) and evaluate their viability for our platform.Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business goals.Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation.Oversee R&D initiatives focused on predictive analytics and future-state UX/UI.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI strategy, or product development.Proven track record of deploying successful AI/ML solutions at scale.Deep understanding of future tech trends, including neural interfaces and next-gen computing.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
