Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate cutting-edge tech into existing products.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players, research institutions, and think tanks.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or executive management.
- Proven experience in implementing AI, Machine Learning, or next-gen hardware solutions.
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets and large-scale technical projects.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the US market is required.
