Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative, aligning with business goals.
- Lead architectural design for next-generation AI, Quantum, and Neural Interface systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance across all engineering departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Microservices.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks and emerging hardware interfaces is a major plus.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering teams and delivering high-impact projects on time.
