Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning it with business goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI researchers and engineers to prototype and validate next-gen technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces, Quantum Algorithms) for potential integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Design, and Executive leadership, to translate technical vision into actionable strategies.
- Manage the budget for R&D initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to foster innovation.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of AI systems, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformations and product launches.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing large budgets and high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience in navigating the regulatory landscape of emerging technologies is highly preferred.
