Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web3, Quantum Computing, Neuro-tech) to secure a competitive advantage.
- Drive the internal adoption of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or AI development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects or product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science principles.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
