Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision and long-term innovation roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3, to assess their potential impact on our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Marketing) to integrate future-forward solutions into core operations.
- Pilot and scale "Future of Work" initiatives to enhance productivity and employee experience in a hybrid environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological disruptions.
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors to secure buy-in for major 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5-10 year horizons) with a specific focus on 2026 and beyond.
