Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Establish a clear, forward-looking vision for emerging technologies, including AI integration, quantum computing readiness, and advanced data privacy frameworks.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of novel technical solutions that differentiate Aether Dynamics in the global market.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the modernization of our cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance at scale.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and business units to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors to drive alignment and investment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices design patterns.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully delivering on them.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate complex technical challenges and drive solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on leadership and mentorship.
