We are seeking a visionary Head of Agentic AI & Future Operations to lead the charge into the 2026 era of autonomous intelligence. As Nexus Future Labs pioneers the next generation of enterprise solutions, you will define the strategic roadmap for integrating autonomous AI agents into complex business ecosystems.

What You Will Do:
- Architect and oversee the deployment of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making and self-correction.
- Develop a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals.
- Establish and enforce strict AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Drive the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in the shift from Generative AI to Agentic AI workflows.
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from pilot to full production environments.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for autonomous AI systems within the organization.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of AI infrastructure and tools.
- Mentor and develop talent within the AI and Operations teams.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Nexus remains at the forefront of the 2026 technological landscape.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivery and execution.
- Certification in AI Ethics or Data Science is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
