Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic Roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Spatial Web.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads to prototype and validate future-state solutions before market deployment.
- Analyze global tech trends to predict shifts in consumer behavior and regulatory landscapes.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen digital tools into existing enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability and security.
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy focused on 'Class of 2026' skill sets and future-forward thinking.
- Present innovation proposals to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to secure funding for high-impact projects.
- Establish partnerships with universities and research labs focused on post-2025 technological breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a compelling vision to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
