Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for core product lines.
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and ensure team alignment.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on potential ROI and strategic value.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, technical management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans (3-5 years).
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
