Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns specifically tailored to Gen Z candidates across various social platforms and tech communities.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential candidates who possess the agility and modern mindset required for our fast-paced environment.
- Interview & Selection: Conduct insightful interviews that assess cultural fit, technical aptitude, and future-readiness using modern evaluation tools.
- Onboarding Excellence: Create and manage a seamless, digital-first onboarding experience that keeps new hires engaged from day one.
- Retention: Partner with department heads to implement strategies that keep top Gen Z talent engaged and growing within the company.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends regarding compensation, benefits, and work-life balance preferences for the digital generation.
Qualifications
- Digital Native: You grew up in the digital age and understand the nuances of Gen Z communication and work preferences.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of modern development stacks (React, Node.js) or data analytics tools is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively across diverse demographics.
- Remote-First Experience: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in asynchronous and remote work environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
