Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotechnology convergence
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technological vision into actionable business roadmaps
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies (metaverse, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Drive cross-functional adoption of futuristic technologies through pilot programs and POCs
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards for 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing quantum-resistant systems and next-gen AI infrastructure
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ in high-growth environments
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Technology, or equivalent tier publications
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) and AI Ethics (DeepMind/Google)
