Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI-human symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness by 2026
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate futuristic technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused technology investments
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global enterprise deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI and biotech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (e.g., Q#, Qiskit)
