Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 10-year strategic vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and carbon-negative AI
- Mentor world-class engineers and futurist researchers
- Secure $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Pioneer neural-human interface prototypes for medical applications
- Collaborate with UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Goals task force
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformative technologies
- Proven track record of scaling teams to 200+ engineers
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design standards
- Deep knowledge of singularity theory and post-human development
