Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech trends (biotech, fusion energy, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance protocols
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford Future Labs on joint R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrated impact on 3+ emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or sustainable tech (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Track record securing $50M+ in future-focused R&D funding
