- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Program
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Strong strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies preferred
