Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, AI consciousness frameworks, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-ready technologies including ambient computing and holographic UI
- Develop ethical frameworks for sentient AI systems and biometric security protocols
- Partner with policy teams to shape legislation around autonomous systems and digital sovereignty
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging fields like synthetic biology and nanotechnology
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying production-level quantum algorithms or neural network architectures
- Expertise in ethical AI development frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on human-machine interaction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercially deployed futuristic systems
