Responsibilities
- Architect adaptive AI systems integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic processors
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Lead development of cross-reality interfaces (AR/VR/XR) with AI co-pilots
- Optimize federated learning networks for decentralized data ecosystems
- Establish real-time bias mitigation protocols for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with neuroscientists on brain-computer interface prototypes
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption for next-gen AI security
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in advanced systems design
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on ethical AI or quantum computing
- Mastery of neuromorphic computing (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
