Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation priorities
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-tech incubation
- Author thought leadership publications and competitive intelligence reports
- Oversee the creation of a 2026 Innovation Lab prototype ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSP) preferred
- Experience in building innovation ecosystems within enterprise environments
