Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives

- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future market conditions and disruption vectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough innovations with commercial potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and Board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) positioning InnovateForward as a future-ready organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ambiguous requirements
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work or thought leadership pieces
