Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven scenarios
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism roles within Fortune 500 tech firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech forums (WSJ, Davos, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
