Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends through market research, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as an industry visionary
- Manage innovation pipelines with rigorous ROI modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at global tech forums and policy discussions shaping 2026's digital ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, tech strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
