Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record forecasting tech adoption cycles (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders

- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend-mapping software
