Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and competitive threats
- Produce strategic reports and executive presentations on future technology landscapes
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Represent Innovatech at global tech conferences and industry foresight forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating market shifts and translating trends into strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive audiences and technical teams
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (MBA/MS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
