Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Partner with R&D to align quantum computing, AI, and biotech initiatives with market demands
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing ethical considerations with rapid deployment
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Track record of launching 3+ disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ in high-growth tech environments
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
