Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2026+ horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Establish metrics for tracking technology adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
