Your insights will directly influence our R&D priorities and commercialization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot deployment
- Publish industry thought leadership on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience scaling tech startups to unicorn valuation
