Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in areas like sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to co-develop future-proof technologies
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Design and oversee R&D initiatives focused on long-term technological disruption and competitive differentiation

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on disruptive technology trends demonstrated through market-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proficiency in scenario planning, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions and organizational change
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems including tech labs, venture capital, and academic institutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or technology roadmaps demonstrating predictive accuracy
