- Establish innovation KPIs and success metrics for 5-year technological initiatives
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and data science teams
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and paradigm shift frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
