Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders, translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Architect next-gen product ecosystems integrating emerging technologies with existing infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D
- Present compelling futures narratives to investors and board members securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Mentor a 15-person cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and product architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., launched 3+ AI-driven products to market)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding through data-driven proposals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) for technical prototyping
