Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual technology horizon reports forecasting 3-5 year market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech research institutions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economies
- Advise executive leadership on emerging regulatory landscapes and geopolitical tech policies
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and future-focused symposiums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal 'Horizon Labs' program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
