Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years)

- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
