Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and strategic opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their potential impact on organizational strategy
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) to establish industry authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep knowledge of at least two core domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
