Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to inform long-term innovation strategy
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready technologies into core business models
- Author thought leadership reports on industry transformation trajectories
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record mapping emerging technologies to commercial applications
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in technology, foresight, or business strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
