Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends, patent landscapes, and geopolitical shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for quantum-resistant security and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations in neural interfaces, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks
- Present strategic foresight reports to investors and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate adoption of frontier technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance and responsible automation deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of autonomous systems and AI
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
